We are hiring a full-time, virtual position at Stacey Boehman Coaching, located in Louisville, KY. This is a salaried position with a health insurance stipend and 3 weeks vacation. The expectation is for 40hrs over 5 days a week, with some special exceptions for launches and events.

As the Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating, updating, implementing, and management of our customer support systems. Your deepest desire is to be concise, efficient, and attentive to all details. Being tactical and concise is your superpower. You have the honor and privilege of being the first touch for all potential clients. This position gives you the opportunity to deploy your organizational and customer success skills.

The Customer Support Coordinator position might be right for you if...

- You have flexibility and are available to work occasional evenings/weekends for travel days and for events held throughout the year.
- You are an excellent communicator. Written and verbal.
- You are great at learning through instructional videos and trial and error. You have lots of patience.
- You execute without micromanagement.
- You have 2-5 years customer support experience (coaching industry a plus).
- You are willing to learn the processes necessary to step in throughout the organization as needed.

These will be the results you will be accountable for…

- Respond to all customer support emails.
- Respond to all messages via Instagram - Direct messages and comments.
- Respond to all messages via Facebook - Direct messages, comments on the business page, and on ads.
- Built out response templates for questions we get often.
- Build out robust automations to elevate customer experiences.
- Test emails for all launches to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Schedule and ensure social media content is posted accurately.
- Edit copy to ensure accuracy, spelling, and grammar.
- Update support@ OOO for holidays.
- Create pop-up Facebook groups for non-program webinars/masterclasses

- Moderate pop-up Facebook groups
.
- Update emails in evergreen funnels to ensure they're aging well
 and remain accurate.
- Update written and video processes as they evolve
.
- Create detailed written and video processes for any new tasks before action.
- Create and follow a weekly calendar with your intentional results
.
- Attend mandatory weekly virtual team meetings.
- Attend quarterly team in-person meetings (all transportation and meals are covered by the company).
